BEFORE: Existing paint colors did not change through the remodel. Floors were refinished. Overhang removed and base cabinets added.
AFTER: Microwave moved to cabinet to allow for stainless range hood with cabinet above, which gives a more streamline modern look. Overall kitchen layout stayed the same.
BEFORE: There was no need to change the built-in nook, but the light fixture needed to be updated.
AFTER: Custom seat cushions were made for the existing nook and dining chairs. New light fixture found ties in the backsplash tile and fabric pattern on the custom seat cushions as well as being a focal point of the room.
BEFORE: The desk area was not being utilized and the upper shelving on the left was awkward.
AFTER: In place of the desk area a coffee bar and additional storage was added.
AFTER: Backside of kitchen has additional storage cabinets plus view of added base cabinets.
AFTER: Close up of focal point light fixture.
AFTER: Great detail shot of custom cushions for nook.
BEFORE: Simple pedastal sink and medicine cabinet.
AFTER: Added proper vanity, new sink, faucet and larger mirrored medicine cabinet. Client did not want to change any tile in this bathroom. The quartz therefore, needed to coordinate with the warm beige tones of the tile. Using Stratus Rainer Gold quartz worked perfectly.
