Downtown Seattle Condo Remodel

AFTER: View of new bar wall which was designed around the artwork. Also showcases the new 3-light pendant fixture.

BEFORE: Existing cherry cabinets and paneled Sub-Zero fridge. 

AFTER: New black stained cabinetry accented with walnut island and lower bar section, for a sleek, modern look while still adding warmth with the walnut wood tone. Cherry refrigerator panels were replaced with stainless panels.

BEFORE: Cherry kitchen cabinets and  desk area with microwave above.

AFTER: Removed desk area and installed full height cabinet with built-in microwave.

AFTER: Re-designed island which was moved slightly over towards kitchen and has beautiful quartz waterfall coutertop.

AFTER: Flooring is a marble look luxury vinyl tile. Another view of the new rectangle island without a raised bar which visually opens up the space.

AFTER: Custom designed shower in old tub location. Client wanted walk-in shower with easy access after an injury.

AFTER: New vanity cabinet, sink, faucet, toilet, mirror, flooring, and lighting, all in the same location.
