Olympia East Bay Condo Remodel

BEFORE: Original fireplace and paint color for this condo

AFTER:  The client wanted a more California look, with a very simplified surround, as well as a custom walnut mantel shelf and new gas insert.

BEFORE: Previous dining room with older light fixture and carpeting.

AFTER: New flooring with area rug, new light fixture, original artwork,  new window treatment, new chairs and new paint color.

AFTER: Living room custom swivel chairs and new  2" hybrid top down bottom up honeycomb shades throughout.

BEFORE: Original kitchen with dropped ceiling, painted cabinets, tile floor and countertops.

AFTER: Lovely new Bellmont kitchen cabinets, raised ceiling with added recessed can ned lighting. Removed small jutted out peninsula for a more open flow.

BEFORE: Previous refridgerator wall with close-up of tile countertop and exposed old flourescent ceiling lighting. 

AFTER: New kitchen refridgerator wall with redesigned corner which allows for full height cabinet to right of fridge. With old soffet removed cabinets can now be taller to ceiling with decorative crown molding.  Added open shelving to break up the wall of cabinets, for useful or decorative items.

BEFORE: Sink wall with another view of the small peninsula.

AFTER: Sink wall without peninsula and the new open shelving above showcases the open flow.

AFTER: Full height tile backsplash, Cambria quartz countertop and new LVP flooring, which is used throughout condo.

AFTER: Back corner wall reconfigured for more efficient workspace and storage.

AFTER: Replaced old tub deck with new alcove tub eliminating the tiled step, plus freshly painted walls, no wallpaper.

BEFORE: Old dark oak vanity cabinet with tiled countertop, two sinks and more wallpaper.

AFTER: New LVT flooring, updated rich, dark wood cabinetry. This vanity was so long that we were able to add a full depth, full height cabinet to seperate the his & her sinks which adds a ton of extra storage. New mirrors and light fixtures bring it into the current era.

BEFORE: Full height wall at toilet area, plus good shot of old vinyl flooring, dark trim and doors, old light fixture and fan.

AFTER: Cut full wall down to a pony wall which opens up the room and allows for an over the toilet cabinet, new LVT flooring, painted white trim and doors.

BEFORE: Old shower stall with 4x4 tiles.

AFTER: Updated shower with frameless shower door, large format subway tile, brushed nickel shower fixtures and shower pan.
