This before shot shows the old style of this older home where the kitchen is sealed off from the rest of the house.
Here you see the difference of opening up the wall and bringing a beautiful kitchen in to the rest of the house for modern living.
The back door was so dark and closed off before.
Just taking out the arch opened up the back area so much. We even kept the same window treatments and they look completely different in the new kitchen.

Much different here with a smaller window on the side of the house we still get lots of new natural light from the dining windows and have more usable kitchen space without the window coming down so low.
