Before Entry
After Entry, new flooring through out, paint color and cleint's existiing furniture with new area rug.
Before Dining
After Dining, we changed the window to a French Door to the back yard and replaced the traditional chandelier with 3 pendants in a row as the main fixture over the table. Client's exisitng furniture with new area rug and new Woven Wood Roman Shades on the French Doors by Hunter Douglas.
Before Family Room
After Family Room, we changed the slider to the back yard to another French Door, added window treatments and a new sectional from Craftmaster Furniture as well as reupholstered the client's existing chairs all to coordinate with the client's own favorite area rug.
Before Den
After Den, we closed in what was the original Formal Living Room to make it a Den by adding French Doors to the entry and dining room adjacent to this space. We had built in cabinets made by Bellmont Cabinets as well as new comfortable desk chairs by DR Kincaid Chair Co to coordinate with the client's existing leather chairs and area rug for this room. The feature in the room is the large light fixture from The Uttermost Comany which looks amazing in person.
Before Kitchen
After Kitchen, for the kitchen updates we added a new full height mosaic backsplash and handles on the cabinets as well as these amazing pendant fixtures from Curry & Co. The barstools which you can barely see in this shot have a similar curve to them and look great with the light fixtures. These cosmetic updates changed the whole feel of this kitchen and gave it more personality.
Before Master Bath
After Master Bath, this was the largest part of the remodel. We took out the existing tub and made a larger shower area which also allowed for a full height storage cabinet next to the new vanity cabinet which is the same size as the original with a dip down center as a vanity area for make up, etc.
Before Master Tub
This shot shows the curbless entry to the larger shower and where the tub was originally to the space. The window was shortened for privacy and the mosaic tile accented in the wall niche takes the place of where the window was before.
Before Master Shower
Instead of doing the mosaic tile as a horizontal or vertical strip we decided to have the plumbing wall and under side of the built in bench all mosaic tile for a wow factor in this wonderful new large walk in shower.
