Meridian Remodel
This home owner has many rooms in need of updates, starting with the kitchen/dining shown here as well as bathrooms and bedrooms.
BEFORE: Red wallpaper and black floral drapery with small scale chandelier and painted black bakers rack and cabinet were dated.
AFTER: Benjamin Moore Manchester Tan wall color, adding blue accents instead of black, larger chandelier, repainted bakers rack and cabinet with new area rug really lightened and brightened this kitchen dining area.

Master bath was reconfigured, moving tub, shower, and toilet into different locations.
BEFORE: Vanity wall with two separate vanities, tile countertop and top mount sinks, along with mirrored dresser and unframed glass mirrors was disjointed.
AFTER: New cabinets, undermount sinks, and built in storage between the two vanities plus framed mirrors and new light fixtures brought a cohesiveness to the bathroom.
BEFORE: The old location of the tub next to the toilet seemed out of place.
AFTER: Moving the new freestanding tub to the old shower location made for a better flow.
BEFORE: Shower was in a strange location. Walling it off and moving the tub in front allowed for the toilet to be in a water closet behind the new tub.
AFTER: We were able to enlarge the shower quite a bit and utilize the tub niche as a bench inside the shower. It is an open access shower with a flush entry and a single glass panel between tub and shower.
Custom decorative framed mirrors were designed to go with the art over the tub. Quartz countertop with mosiac tile backsplash, which continues around the room.
Freestanding tub looks beautiful with the custom sourced chandelier.

Master bedroom needed new window treatments and carpet, we also updated the old ceiling fan/light with a fandelier.
BEFORE: This shows old paint color, old drapes and old fan.
AFTER: Metallic cork wallpaper and new location of bed.
The hall bath needed a bit of sophistication and updating.
BEFORE: The dark blue color, vinyl flooring, and old vanity had a had a more juvenile feel.
AFTER: The new cabinetry and middle storage unit, individual mirrors and white beadboard with the dark tile floor gives an aire of sophistication.
BEFORE: Other side of vanity wall houses the tub/shower and WC.
AFTER: New tub, plumbing fixtures, tile surround, and custom shower curtain fits well with the rest of the updated bathroom.
The guest bedroom had a cosmetic overhaul as well.
BEFORE: Unfortunately, we don't have as many before pictures to show. But this shows the old paint color and window treatment.
AFTER: Refreshed this room with new paint color, repainted night stand, new window treatments, carpeting and show stopping light fixture.
